Can an Xbox game have a major impact on Marketing in non-gaming industries?(more…)
In January this year internet went crazy over a simple *beep* tweet from a certain account… Account belongs to Cyberpunk 2077, a new game which was in preparation for the last six years by the creators of the world-famous game The Witcher. Next month, the game will most likely be presented in a gaming E3 2018 exhibition. Cyberpunk is already a hot topic in the online world with over 34.6 mln results in Google, multiple groups on Facebook, biggest public one counting over 108k members and 656k posts with #cyberpunk hashtag on Instagram.

A.)Therefore, it is highly probable that the results of the Cyberpunk 2077 will beat those of the The Witcher (game’s plot was based on a Polish novel by Andrzej Sapkowski), which were already stunning. Third part of The Witcher game saga was sold in over 10 million copies in the first 6 months from release, and another 15 million in the following year and has over 1,6 mln results in Google, 4,1 mln results in Youtube, whereas the full soundtrack from the game was seen 12 mln times, account the.witcher.3 has over 37 mln followers on Instagram and there are 269.000 posts alone with the hashtag #thewitcher. It’s highly likely, that interest in Cyberpunk will grow rapidly in the next couple of months, with great impact on 2019 marketing aesthetics. We predict, that advertising connected to the cyberpunk reality will be one of the hottest trends in 2019. Therefore, in a series of articles in the next couple of weeks, we will try to introduce you to the world of High-Tech combined with a breakdown of normal social order.

For S/S 2018 Gucci surprised everybody. Not with the theme of their campaign, because after last years’ UFO’s and dinosaurs we were prepared to pretty much anything, but with the medium. Instead of the pretty, glossy photography we were served a set of beautiful digital paintings by a Spanish Illustrator Ignasi Monreal. Welcome to the world where fairy tales are combined with updated versions of some of the greatest paintings in the history of art. The kingdom of illustration that is.
